person needing to sit while being weighed to sit. The handrails
allow those preferring to stand to do just that and if your
patient is in a wheelchair, the scale has a ramp so you can
fold the seat up and roll your wheelchair right up onto the
scale and weigh. Not that is versatile! Anyway you look at
it, the 1100 pound weight capacity makes this scale the scale
for the obese patient really needing the additional weight
capacity. The extra large weighing platform allows a lot of
room to those patients needing it and the hand rails provide
the support for those unsteady patients. The hinged seat is
easy to fold up and out of the way and this scale is also
equipped with a mathematical Body Mass Index function too.
The digital display swivels for easy weight reading and the
weight hold feature is an addition not offered on many scales
