Total Body Works believes in preserving and safeguarding all information that is relayed between Total Body Works and its customers and guests. Therefor, we do not disclose or sell any information to third parties. Information that is submitted to us will not be disclosed unless required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) facilitate the delivery of goods (2) comply with the law or legal process served on Total Body Works, (3) protect and defend the rights or property of Total Body Works, or (4) act in emergency to protect the personal safety to our guests or the public. Guests shall remain solely responsible for the content of their messages.

Under no circumstances including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Total Body Works, any of its directors, employees, representatives or its suppliers be liable for any special or consequential damages or injuries that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if Total Body Works or a Total Body Works authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation of exclusion may not apply to you.

Shipping Rates

The published shipping rates are established for shipping within the lower 48 states. We will ship anywhere in the World, the customer pays actual shipping. You may call, email or fax us for quotes. Have your zip code and physical mailing address available for shipping quotes.

Return Policy:

A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be assessed for all returned merchandise. Shipping to and from the customer is to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for refund of and shipping cost to or from the original shipping destination. Merchandise must be returned in its original shipping and product packaging, with all warranty and product information included, along with the original invoice. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from receipt of product and product must be in it's original condition. Refunds will be paid after product is received and inspected at our facility. Damage products will be returned to the customer without refund. Please note: If merchandise is returned we refund no more than 75% of the total amount paid for the merchandise alone.

Warranty Information

All products listed under the Total Body Works website will be warranted by the manufacturer's warranty for each individual product.
