Pizza Dough Scale by Cardinal Detecto Model
PZ2525 with a 25 lb. capacity, priced right. This scale is
designed for the professional food service operation. The
25 lb. weight capacity and the 1/4 oz. weight graduations
allow you to weight heavy food items to a fraction of an ounce.
This scale is durable yet extremely accurate. The weighing
platform is the smaller 8" X 8" weighing platform
saving some bucks if you do not need the larger weighing platform.
The digital display has 5 digits and it has a .7" LCD
readout making for easy weight reading. The scale and digital
readout are stainless steel and it is easy to clean. You get
an ON/OFF key on the keypad and a foot tare pedal which is
very convenient when you want to keep things moving in your
facility. The keypad also has a selectable pounds or kilograms
mode too. The Ingredient scale Model PZ2514 operates on the
AC power adapter that is included or 6 AA Ni-Cad batteries
that are not included.
