is a great Kitchen scale designed for the professional food
service kitchen but our price makes it a great choice for
the home kitchen. The scale has a dual weighing feature allowing
the user to measure items being weighed in pounds and kilograms.
When weighing in pounds, the scale has a 55 pound weight capacity,
when weighing in kilograms, the scale has a 25 kilogram weight
capacity. The weight graduations are 2 ounces or 100 grams.
The scale has a stainless steel weighing platform and removable
stainless steel bowl used to weigh your items in. The diameter
of the stainless steel bowl is 4" High X 11 1/2"
diameter at the top rim. The scale dimensions are 8 1/2"
